End User License Agreement
Effective May 12, 2026
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the KeepMySubs application on Apple-branded devices. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app. This EULA supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; in the event of a direct conflict, this EULA controls for use of the iOS app.
1. Acknowledgement
This agreement is between you and us
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is concluded between you and KeepMySubs only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). KeepMySubs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the KeepMySubs application (the "Licensed Application") and its content. This EULA does not provide for usage rules for the Licensed Application that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Usage Rules") as of the effective date of this EULA; in the event of any conflict, the Usage Rules govern.
Acknowledgement of Apple's role
You acknowledge that the Licensed Application has been made available to you through the App Store, and that the App Store is operated by Apple. The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA.
2. Scope of license
What you may do
KeepMySubs grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules. The terms of this EULA will govern any content, materials, or services accessible from or purchased within the Licensed Application, as well as any upgrades provided by KeepMySubs that replace or supplement the original Licensed Application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license.
What you may not do
Except as permitted by the Usage Rules, you may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted), reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof, except to the extent that any such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Consent to use of data
Diagnostic and usage data
You agree that KeepMySubs may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Licensed Application. KeepMySubs may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. 4. Maintenance and support
Provided by us
KeepMySubs is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application, as specified in this EULA or as required under applicable law. KeepMySubs and you acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

5. Warranty
Sole responsibility
KeepMySubs is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Licensed Application to you; and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Licensed Application. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of KeepMySubs.
6. Product claims
Not Apple's responsibility
KeepMySubs and you acknowledge that KeepMySubs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and/or use of the Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the Licensed Application's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks (where applicable).
7. Intellectual property rights
Third-party IP claims
KeepMySubs and you acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, KeepMySubs, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
8. Legal compliance
Export and embargo
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Any questions, complaints, or claims with respect to the Licensed Application should be directed to KeepMySubs at hello@keepmysubs.com.
10. Third-party terms of agreement
Comply with third-party terms
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application — for example, your wireless data service agreement when using the app over a mobile network, and the terms of any mailbox provider or email forwarding service you use to forward billing emails into KeepMySubs.
11. Third-party beneficiary
Apple's right to enforce
KeepMySubs and you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
12. Subscriptions, trials, and renewal
Pro plan
KeepMySubs Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available as a monthly or annual plan. The plan starts with a 14-day free trial (one per Apple ID). After the trial, the plan auto-renews at the price displayed at purchase until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
13. AI-parsed bill data
Automated parsing, no human review
Bill parsing inside KeepMySubs is fully automated using AI. No human reviews your forwarded billing emails, PDFs, or extracted fields before they appear in your dashboard. The model can mis-read amounts, dates, currencies, or service names — especially for unusual or non-English bill formats. You are solely responsible for reviewing each imported subscription, verifying its accuracy against your provider statements, and correcting any errors before relying on the data. KeepMySubs accepts no liability for missed renewals, incorrect charge amounts, mis-categorised subscriptions, or any financial decisions made based on AI-parsed output.
14. Changes to this EULA
Updates
We may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Licensed Application after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
