Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KeepMySubs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use KeepMySubs.
The service
What KeepMySubs is
KeepMySubs is a personal subscription tracking tool. It lets you record recurring charges, set renewal reminders, and — on the Pro plan — automatically parse billing emails into subscription records.
What it is not
KeepMySubs is not a financial advisor, accountant, or payment processor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Renewal dates, amounts, and alerts are derived from data you enter or forward — always verify against your actual provider statements.
Your account
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use KeepMySubs. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, email us at hello@keepmysubs.com immediately.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep your account details up to date. We may suspend accounts associated with false or misleading information.
Free and Pro plans
Free plan
The free plan covers tracking up to 5 active subscriptions: dashboard, manual entry, AI-assisted bill parsing on demand (paste or PDF), charge history, and the alerts log. No card required.
Pro plan
Pro lifts the 5-subscription cap and adds renewal reminder emails, mailbox import (forwarding billing emails to a dedicated address), price-increase alerts, plan comparison, and retention message drafts. Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription with a 14-day free trial.
Trial, renewal, and cancellation
Pro starts with a 14-day free trial (one per Apple ID). Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. After the trial, the plan auto-renews at the price displayed at purchase until cancelled. Cancel from the App Store subscriptions page (iOS) — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Personal use
You may use KeepMySubs to track your own subscriptions and receive reminders for your own accounts. Reselling, white-labeling, or providing the service to third parties without our written permission is not allowed.
No abuse
You may not use KeepMySubs to send spam, harvest data, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users. You may not forward non-billing emails to your KeepMySubs mailbox for purposes other than subscription tracking.
No automated scraping
Automated access to KeepMySubs outside of documented APIs is prohibited.
Data and privacy
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights over it. By using KeepMySubs you agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Your content
Subscription records, forwarded billing emails, and uploaded PDFs remain yours. We process them only to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License to process
By using mailbox import you grant us a limited license to receive, store, parse, and display your billing emails and attachments for the purpose of populating your subscription records.
Reminders and notifications
Best-effort delivery
Reminder emails are sent via third-party email infrastructure (Resend). While we log every delivery attempt, we cannot guarantee delivery to all inboxes or at a precise time. Do not rely solely on KeepMySubs reminders to manage financial commitments.
Responsibility
Missed or late reminders do not create liability for KeepMySubs. You remain responsible for monitoring your own subscriptions and finances.
Termination
You can leave at any time
You may delete your account from the Settings page at any time. On deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or are associated with fraudulent activity. We will try to give notice before doing so unless the violation requires immediate action.
Disclaimers and liability
Provided as-is
KeepMySubs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that parsed data will be accurate.
AI-parsed bill data
Bill parsing is fully automated using AI (Google Gemini). No human reviews your forwarded billing emails, PDFs, or extracted fields before they appear in your dashboard. The model can mis-read amounts, dates, currencies, or service names — especially for unusual or non-English bill formats. You are solely responsible for reviewing each imported subscription, verifying its accuracy against your provider statements, and correcting any errors before relying on the data. KeepMySubs accepts no liability for missed renewals, incorrect charge amounts, mis-categorised subscriptions, or any financial decisions made based on AI-parsed output.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeepMySubs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including missed renewals, incorrect charge amounts, errors in AI-parsed bill data, or failed email delivery.
Changes to these terms
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of KeepMySubs after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
